These terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") regulate your access to and utilization of the BeautyRetouching website, encompassing all content and services provided via www.beautyretouching.net (hereinafter collectively designated as "BeautyRetouching," "we," "us," the “Site” and "you," or "Buyer" as applicable).

Kindly review these Terms of Service meticulously before utilizing the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by selecting the option to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when presented, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, the BeautyRetouching Payment Terms, and any supplementary terms, conditions, policies, guidelines, and product-specific admissions (collectively referred to as the "Terms"), which are included here for your reference. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and comprehended our Privacy Policy.

Our Customer Support is available from 6 AM to midnight Central European Time for any questions regarding the Site or the Terms and order-specific questions. To contact our Customer Care Specialist, please submit a request via the Contact form, email, or Live Chat so we can have a written copy of your request and resolve any questions efficiently.

This Site is accessible to individuals at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Those aged 13 to 18 may access the Site only through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian who has given proven permission. Children under 13 are not allowed to use the Site or BeautyRetouching services.

Access to the Site is restricted to users not subject to economic sanctions or trade restrictions from the United States, the European Union, or other relevant jurisdictions.

By using the Site, you affirm and guarantee that you meet all these eligibility criteria. You are prohibited from accessing or using the Site if you do not meet these criteria.

• Buyers: Users who purchase services on the BeautyRetouching website.
• Custom Offers: Exclusive proposals created by the Service Provider in response to Buyer's specific requirements. Seller defines the scope of a Customer offer based on these requirements by including a precise description of the service, price, and delivery time.
• Add-ons: Additional services are offered for an extra fee on top of the main service.
• Service Packages: A collection of service feautures with multiple price points.
• Service Bundles: Larger quantities of Service Packages, Add-ons, or a mix of both offered at a discounted price.
• Live Chat and Corporate Email: Primary communication methods between Us and Buyers.
• Orders: Formal written agreements between a Buyer and the Site after a purchase.
• Service Providers or Employees: Our emlpoyees, who offer and perform services on the Site.

• Buyers pay BeautyRetouching in advance to create an order, except for first-time users who receive a free sample image (see Payment Terms).
• Orders are purchased through the Order button on the Prices page or via the Request Custom Offer form.
• For fees and payments, refer to the Payment Terms.
• Service Providers must fulfill their orders and may not cancel them regularly or without cause. In cases when the cancellation is inevitable, Sellers must inform the Buyer before half of the Order’s stipulated deadline expires, except for Orders with Priority Service Add-ons, as it may not be feasible during Non-Business Hours.
• Upon purchasing a Service Package, buyers receive full rights to the delivered work unless otherwise stated on the Prices page or in the "Ownership" and "Commercial Use License" sections below.
• BeautyRetouching retains the right to use all delivered work that the Buyer agreed to display as part of the Service Provider’s Portfolio for marketing and promotion purposes.
• Buyer’s privacy is paramount. Refer to our Privacy Policy.

Buyers may be refused a service for violations of the Terms, including (but not limited to):

• Unlawful or deceptive service requests
• Copyright or Trademark Infringements and the third party Intellectual Property
• Adult-oriented, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory content
• Deliberate duplication of Buyer Accounts
• Requests that can be defined as spam, nonsensical, violent, or misleading.

• Add-Ons are services offered for an extra price and in addition to base Service Packages or Bundles.
• Services through Add-ons must be related to the base service and included in the order's deliverables.
• Add-Ons may cover various service categories that upgrade the Service Packages or Bundles.
• Service Providers must inform the Buyer of the updated deadline for covering the additional service time associated with the added Add-On.

The Site and all its elements, including layout, design, and content, are exclusively owned by BeautyRetouching and protected by intellectual property laws and the "BeautyRetouching" trademark. Users are prohibited from reproducing, transferring, altering, distributing, displaying, creating derivative works from, or duplicating any part of the Site.

They are also barred from reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to access the Site's source code or underlying structure.

Users must not remove any copyright or proprietary notices, use unauthorized software to alter the Site, attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its networks, circumvent security measures, or use automated tools to collect data from the Site.

Introducing malicious software, overburdening the Site, or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Site is also forbidden. Users agree not to allow third parties to perform these prohibited actions.

BeautyRetouching retains all site rights and content rights, excluding Service-Provider Submissions.

By explicitly consenting to display Order Deliverables on the Site, including all or parts of the submitted assets, Service Providers on the BeautyRetouching website represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and authority to use and/or upload such content, and that such content or its use on the Site does not (a) infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, data protection, or publicity rights; (b) breach any relevant state, or international laws, regulations, or conventions; and/or (c) infringe upon any of your own or third-party policies or terms of service.

Delivering an Order, the Service Providers affirm that they possess permissions, rights, and/or licenses to use digital products from third parties or Stock Media as part of their delivery.

BeautyRetouching retains the discretion to revise these Terms periodically. Upon implementing such revisions, BeautyRetouching will publish the updated version of the Terms on the pertinent webpage.

You acknowledge and consent that your continued use of BeautyRetouching after the effective date of the revised Terms will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms. You’re not permitted to use the Site if you disagree with the revisions.

BeautyRetouching may revise these Terms in response to changes in the Site, its policies, services, ongoing product development, alterations in any relevant features or functionalities of the Site, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, new technologies, and to comply with changes in legal and regulatory requirements as well as measures for security and fraud prevention.
