1. User Conduct and Protection
BeautyRetouching is an international platform for a variety of services. It promotes a welcoming, clean, friendly, and professional setting, and users are expected to maintain this ethos when engaging on the Site.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
- BeautyRetouching ensures high service levels to Buyers. For refund issues due to seller mistakes, apply for a dispute resolution via a contact form with supportive evidence.
- Inappropriate, offensive, or violent language and threats will not be tolerated and may result in a warning or when continued service refusal.
- Refrain from discriminatory behavior toward users based on gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or other attributes, as this can result in the suspension of services.

3. Purchasing
- Only use legally obtained funds for orders on the BeautyRetouching website, not connected to unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Refer to the Payment Terms for payments, fees, and taxes.
- Buyers can request Custom Offers addressing their specific requirements and receive a service offering that is better suited to their needs, which is not available in the readily available Service Packages.
4. The Process
- Once payment is confirmed, your order receives a unique BeautyRetouching order number (#BR). When a Buyer orders, it enters our internal CRM and receives a consecutive number in the queue based on your chosen service package, bundle, or Priority Add-ons.
- You, in turn, receive an email notification with your unique #BR order number and the name of your service provider person.
- Once the work process is over, your order will be sent to the email address you indicated on the order form. If you’ve provided an incorrect email address, please contact our Customer Care via our Live Chat, Contact Form, or phone number so we can correct it for you as soon as possible. We will help!
- An Order is considered Delivered if Google has not automatically emailed a delivery failure report and if the Buyer has confirmed, commented, or communicated with us in other ways about the Deliverables.
- Your order is automatically considered Completed if the delivery occurred and we received no communication, including a modification request, within ten days after delivery. You’ll receive reminders to review the files two times unless you do it earlier: after three and seven days from the Delivery time. After the Delivery is marked Complete, the Buyer has four additional days to request a free revision. All requests submitted after two weeks from the Delivery time may be subject to extra charges.
- Buyers and Service Providers are encouraged to resolve conflicts themselves or through a Beauty Retouching Customer Support Representative.
- Whenever you need a Revision, reply to the Delivery email, or contact our Custom Care via Live Chat, providing your unique #BR number.
- BeautyRetouching.net does not offer physical deliverables and is not liable for damages caused by converting digital products into physical goods. We ensure high quality or print usability only if visual data transfer and printing are done correctly. Communication channels for consultations (Live Chat, email, phone) are available daily.
For any disputes, order cancellations, or refund requests, please contact our Customer Care team. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your claim. Each case will be reviewed individually within 24 hours, followed by a notification detailing the review process, refund amount, and estimated crediting time to your bank account.
